Terms

Lifetime licenses grant the purchaser ongoing access to the entitled Private Meeting Notes desktop installers and seat management flows, subject to the product EULA and any applicable export, sanctions, or fraud restrictions.

Billing authority

Stripe processes card payments, tax determination, and buyer receipts. Refunds, disputes, or abusive procurement activity may suspend access to new downloads or seat actions.

Seat administration

The purchaser may assign seats to individual assignees, reissue activation tokens, and reset seats when a device must be replaced.
