Private Meeting Notes is built around a local-first operating model. The public website stores only the information required to process payment, send buyer portal access, and manage license seats.

Website data

The commerce stack stores purchaser email, order status, Stripe references, seat assignments, portal recovery tokens, and audit records tied to buyer operations.

Desktop product

The desktop application is separate from this website and continues to process meetings on local infrastructure by default. Public website data does not include meeting content.
